All of the butterflies are the original designs of Karole Conaway.

None of them are created through conversion of a photograph or a scan of a butterfly.

They are painted  in graph form using my imagination, Bead Cellar & a computer pad & pen.

There are only two that are loosely based on real butterflies, Spring Beauty & Majestic Monarch.

They are woven in flat shaped peyote & patterns are available for most. If you are interested, please visit the Shop.
